About Us
J.R. Paddon Associates, Inc. was established in 1997 out of a passion to bring new products to market that are stylish, trendy, and profitable for mass retailers. The attention to detail and desire to be ahead of the market has established JRP's professional reputation as a thought leader within the manufacturing community and retail industry.
JRP manages a cast of thousands when bringing products to market. That is part of the magic. However, we would be remiss if we didn't mention a few key and critical personnel that pull the levers everyday to make it happen.

James Paddon, PresidentJim serves at J.R. Paddon Associates, Inc. as its President and Founder.
Jim conceived the Corp back in 1997, after working in Target Corp for some 14 years. It was at Target where Jim found his passion for the Gifts and Decor World, and his talent in Merchandising. Having traveled the world, Jim has acquired a keen eye for what the Guest expects, appreciates and values. It is with that eye and desire that he can choose and price a fashion forward assortment for yourself or client! With over 28 years of Retail experience, working with such retailers as Gimbel's, Marshall Fields, Target, and Spiegel Catalog, Jim knows how to segment the Guest attributes and needs and merchandise appropriately. In Jim's spare time, he likes to play with his 2 dogs, who he adopted thru Homeward Bound, an organization that finds homes for abandoned dogs that are otherwise difficult to adopt. He can be spotted on a summer weekend at your local dog wash fundraiser with at least one of his pups! more--> |

Nicole Goergen, Account AssociateAs an Account Associate at J.R. Paddon Associates, Inc. Nikki acts as a liaison between venders, research and development teams, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and exceed expectations.
Nikki joined JRP after working for A.S.A.P. Worldwide, a Barcelona based media agency, where she directed national image building campaigns for emerging markets in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Much of her work included identifying global trends in all sectors of the economy. While she is not hard at work at JRP she is busy volunteering at the Pillsbury House of Integrated Public Health and working on her masters in Counseling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the Adler Graduate School. If she happens to have any spare time, she enjoys experimenting in the preparation of macrobiotic cuisine in the kitchen, persuading her partner to follow her lead in redesigning his condo, testing bicycles, yoga, and reading in the sun. |
